Welcome to JDHQ (So why are we here?)
In August 2025, we launched our own platform: JDHQ. All of our content, past and future, will be hosted here. You're reading these words on it.
Johnny.Decimal has been our full-time job for 2 whole years now. We were at a point where we needed to pull our socks up and consolidate the things we've made.
It was getting difficult to track everything. And expensive to use multiple third-party services. We preach simplicity and calm, after all.
So we've designed this website where everything can live, regardless of whether it's a pre-made system, video course, or anything else. It has been a big job.
It's very new right now. But we'll be updating and improving it continuously. So don't be shy about telling us what you need!
We're trying hard to make this go smoothly
Please bear with us during the account migration process. We're trying really hard to ensure it goes smoothly. Please get in touch if you experience a bump in the road.
And if you forget where JDHQ is, you can always get back here using the link in the header at johnnydecimal.com.1
What happens to my existing access?
You'll keep access to anything you've ever bought. It will be migrated to JDHQ.
We will be shutting down all existing platforms. Any download links you've saved will no longer work, for example:
- Gumroad (early Workbook purchases)
- Shopify (later Workbook and Life Admin System purchases)
- Thinkific (Workshop and Learn with Lucy Excel purchases)
If you've finished with your downloads, you might not care. Of course, you won't lose access to anything already on your computer.
But if you want access to them again, including any updates, you must click the link in the email you will receive to create your Johnny.Decimal account.
You got my access wrong
Inevitably. My apologies. I tried, I really did.
If this happens, please reply to the email you received and tell me:
- What access you should have,
- Including the receipt number for any purchases that I missed,
- If you don't have the receipt, tell me the email address they're linked to and the rough purchase date.2
I want to change my email address
Please create an account with the link provided. Then change your email address in your account profile when you are signed in.
I want to merge purchases from multiple email addresses
Please create an account using your preferred email address. Then send me an email and tell me:
- What access you would like merged,
- Including the receipt number for any purchases made on the other address,
- If you don't have the receipt, tell me the email address they're linked to and the rough purchase date.2
I see other people have access and I don't
I'll be migrating people in groups depending on what they purchased. It's complex and will take weeks. (I'd rather it take longer but be right.)
I'll update this message when I'm finished.
Are there any upgrade options?
With the exception of our Lifetime members (who get everything), your access to our course material is the stuff you have today.
But our new Johnny.Decimal University (JDU) product will include more material over time.
If you'd like to upgrade to a full JDU membership:
- You'll find a discount waiting for you in the platform,
- This gets you all current and future JDU content.
And of course, you can purchase any of our other products:
- There will be a limited time upgrade offer on your home screen.
Both of these options support a two-person business. We work really hard to make this stuff as good and useful as it can be. Your support means the world to us. Thank you.
What about the Small Business System or Lifetime?
You already have an account. Your login to sbs.johnnydecimal.com will work at JDHQ.
If you subscribed to Annual (previously Gold)
Our Annual members will receive access to everything that they have today:
- The Life Admin System
- The Workbook and Workshop
- The Small Business System
And the good news: your 'subscription' will never renew! You'll keep the access you have, with nothing more to pay.
If you subscribed to Lifetime (previously Platinum)
You are our special people. You bought Lifetime, and that's what it means: everything we make, forever. You'll have full access to everything in the new platform.
I don't need a JDHQ account
If you don't need an account, you don't need to do anything. Just ignore the email link. It will expire after 30 days.
What if I realise later that I do want an account?
I'd really rather you decided that now. ;-)
Stop bothering me
If you really don't want an account and never want me to email you again:
- Send an email with the subject: BLOCK to hello@johnnydecimal.com.
Privacy policy
Your user account will be held at Clerk. We have updated our privacy policy.
TL;DR: unsurprisingly (hopefully?), we haven't turned creepy.
